At this time, we are only doing curbside contactless service. When you arrive for your appointment, please call the front desk and we will have you deliver your feline friend to our vestibule. A staff member will promptly bring your pet to be examined and all history taking, exam findings, and payment processing will happen via phone call. We are offering our clients that are in need of euthanasia services the option of coming into the clinic to be with their cats at this important and emotional time.
To allow ample time for all office visits and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
It is important that all new patients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to fill out patient registration forms. We request that you have your previous veterinarian fax over complete medical records to us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. (Fax # 617-522-0330) This will help to ensure that you are seen on time!
Patient Arrival Policy
Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other cats. This is one of the reasons we ask you to bring your cat in a pet carrier. For the safety of your cat, please do not allow him or her out of the carrier to wander around the waiting room.
We require payment in full at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks. We also work with ScratchPay and Care Credit as extended payment plan options.
